someday wish to own

yesterday had spare time wonder around gurney area after window shopping at gurney plaza. Since it's too early for dinner (undicide wat to hv) take some time tour around new community area behind island plaza. This new community is called "seri tanjung pinang" build by E&O Property Development Berhad

It's a very big residential area. The house is huge n vy elegant n nice. uhh.. dun know how to describe coz it's too beautiful. The exterior design it's much different from other landed property in penang. Some of these design colonial look a like such as courtyard terraces. the build up area it's more than 4000 sq ft. hrmm that it's 4 x larger than my place. Even the fencing gate it's classic. Unfortunely the sales office business hour closed. If not would like to get a peep on the show house. (i like to c show house) :) They even have servie apartments but it's WIP.
